摘要
基于正负电荷相吸的原理和聚电解质层层自组装技术,对杨木APMP纸浆纤维表面依次进行阳离子淀粉、阴离子淀粉和阳离子淀粉包覆,讨论无机电解质种类、淀粉用量、纸浆浓度、无机电解质浓度、pH和吸附时间对APMP纤维表面淀粉吸附量的影响。研究结果表明,当AlCl3的浓度为36mmol·L-1、纸浆浓度4.0%、吸附时间15min、淀粉用量11mg·g-1纤维、pH5.0时,淀粉3层包覆后的APMP浆纤维表面淀粉吸附量为31.48mg·g-1纤维,纤维表面淀粉保留率达到95.4%,同吸附单层阳离子淀粉的空白样相比较,多层淀粉包覆APMP纸浆纤维表面淀粉吸附量增加247.56%。
The surface of poplar APMP fibers was successively covered with modified starch such as cationic starch and anionic starch based on layer-by-layer self-assembly technique and electrostatic attraction mechanism of cation with anion. The effects of inorganic electrolyte species, pulp concentration, dosage of starch each time, adsorption time, pH and inorganic electrolyte concentration on the adsorption of starch on the surface of APMP pulp fiber were mainly investigated, The experimental results showed that when aluminum chloride concentration was 36.0 mmol·L^-1, the pulp concentration was 4.0%, the dosage of starch each time was 11 mg·g^-1 fiber, the adsorption time was 15 min and pH was 5.0, the adsorption of starch on the surface of APMP fiber adsorbing three-layer starch was 31.48 mg·g^-1 fiber and the starch retention rate reached 95.4%. It was increased by 247.56% compared with the control sample with the adsorption of monolayer cationic starch.
