摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,纸管产品种类越来越多样化,需求量越来越大,对纸管原纸的质量要求也越来越高。层间结合强度作为纸管原纸的一项重要指标,将直接影响卷管的加工过程以及成管的性能。在纸管原纸生产过程中,通常将淀粉溶解后喷淋在湿纸幅上以达到提高层间结合强度的目的。目前纸管原纸生产中淀粉用量较大,大量淀粉的加入对纸机脱水、成纸质量指标、产品使用性能和废水处理等都会造成不利影响。为了不断提升纸管原纸的产品质量,汇胜集团股份有限公司研究了KURITA PD-1280型喷淋淀粉促进剂在纸管原纸生产中应用,以优化喷淋淀粉工艺中的作用效果,实现喷淋淀粉减量化。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the variety and demand of paper tube products are increasing,and the quality requirements for core board base paper are getting higher and higher as well.As an important indicator of core board base paper,the interlayer binding strength will directly affect the processing process of the reel and the performance of the tube.In the production process of core board base paper,the starch is usually dissolved and sprayed on the wet paper web to improve the interlayer binding strength.At present,the amount of starch used in the production of core board base paper is large,which would have adverse effects on the dehydration of paper machine,the quality indicators and the use performance of paper,as well as the treatment of wastewater.In order to continuously improve the product quality,the application of KURITA PD-1280 type spray starch promoter in the production of core board base paper was studied,so as to optimize the effect of the spray starch process and reduce the usage amount of spray starch.
