摘要 研究了微米级Al2O3水相体系分散特性,主要考察分散剂种类、分散剂用量、体系pH值、分散方式等对Al2O3水相体系分散性的影响,采用吸光度和粒度分析仪表征分散效果。由实验可以得出结论:当pH在7~10范围时,Al2O3水相颗粒表面的正负电荷相当,基本不带电,静电斥力最弱,范德华引力最强,颗粒呈现团聚倾向。分散剂APAAA的加入,在颗粒表面形成保护膜,改变了Al2O3水相体系的等电点,产生空间位阻和静电稳定效应提高分散性。超声波通过局部空化作用弱化粉体颗粒间的作用能,分散的效果比机械高剪切作用的效果要好。 The dispersion characteristics of micron grade Al2O3 particle in water phase system was investigated through dispersant type, dispersant dosage, system pH value and dispersion methods. The dispersion effect was characterized by the absorbance and particle size analyzer. It was concluded that when the pH range from 7 to 10, the positive charge and negative charge are comparative, and Al2O3 particle in water phase is electrically neutral, with the electrostatic repulsion force showing the most weak, and Van der Waals force, the most powerful, so the particle tends to reunion tendency. The adding of dispersant APAAA, which formed a layer of protective film on the particle surface, changes the isoelectric point of Al2O3 water phase system, produces the steric hindrance and static stability effect to improve the dispersion. The ultrasonic weakens the role of powder between the particles due to the local cavitation, having the better dispersion effect than mechanical high shear action.
