摘要
目的分析自贡市居民2001~2009年伤害死亡原因,为自贡市制定伤害防制策略、措施及提出相应卫生政策提供依据。方法采集2001~2009年自贡市居民死亡监测资料,对死因别死亡率、年龄别死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)等指标进行分析。结果 2001~2009年自贡市伤害累计报告死亡10 957人,粗死亡率38.13/10万,标化死亡率36.07/10万。伤害死亡率以65岁以上老年人最高。前6位伤害死亡原因依次是:溺水、机动车以外的运输事故、自杀、机动车辆交通事故、意外跌落、意外中毒,合计占伤害死亡的76.55%。伤害死亡的潜在减寿年数(PYLL)为334 325.50人年,平均潜在减寿年数(APYLL)为34.67年,PYLL率为11.63‰,男性PYLL率高于女性。结论自2006年以来,自贡市居民伤害死亡呈上升趋势,是造成居民寿命损失的主要原因。伤害死亡已成为影响自贡市居民健康的重要公共卫生问题,应针对自贡市伤害死亡谱和目标人群制订有效的控制策略和措施。
Objective To analyze the causes of in)ury-related deaths of permanent residents in Zigong city, so as to provide scientific references for the prevention and control of injury deaths and for putting forward to relevant health policies as well. Methods Based on the death surveillance data of Zigong from 2001 to 2009, following indicators were analyzed, such as cause specific mortality, age specific mortality and potential years of life lost (PYLL). Results An accumulative total of 10 957 people died of injury from 2001 to 2009, and the crude mortality was 38.13/100 thousands, while the standardized mortality was 36.07/100 thousands. The highest mortality was at the age of more than 65 years of age. The first six in)ury death causes were as follows: drowning, transport accidents except motor vehicle, suicide, motor vehicle accidents, accidental falling and accidental poisoning. The PYLL of injury death was 334 325.50 person year, APYLL was 34.67 year, and the PYLL rate was 11.63%o which was higher in male than thai: of female. Conclusion The epidemiological analysis of in)ury-related deaths shows an ascending trend, which is the main reason resulting in the loss of residents' life. In)ury has become one of the most serious problems of public health, and it should he prevented and controlled by formulating effective measures and strategies aiming at the injury death spectrum and the target population of Zigong city.
