摘要
以杜仲叶加工剩余物为原料,研究(比较)了S-8、AB-8、D101和X-5 4种大孔吸附树脂对杜仲中的降血压活性成分京尼平苷酸(GPA)的吸附及脱附性能。以S-8型树脂吸附-水脱附工艺纯化GPA的优化工艺为:脱附剂用量300mL、脱附流速3mL/min、上柱液pH值1.0,脱附过程的最大影响因素为脱附剂流速,GPA的脱附率达89.64%,GPA含量由7.23%提高到45.18%。
The adsorption and desorption characteristics of the geniposidic acid(GPA) was extracted from processing residues of leaves of Euconmnia Ulmoicles Oliv.by 4 kind of macroporous adsorption resins including S-8,AB-8,D-101 and X-5 were investigated.The optimal technology of the purification of GPA by absorption with S-8 and desorption with water was obtained as follows; dosage of desorption solvent 300mL with its flow velocity of 3mL/min,and pH value 1.0 of fluidic material.The flow velocity of desorption solvent was the most important influencing factor in the desorption process.The desorption rate was up to 89.64%under the optimal technology mentioned above.The purity of GPA was obviously heightened to 45.18%from the content of 7.23%in the material.
