摘要
导弹装备保障能力评估是衡量部队导弹装备保障能力建设的重要手段。针对导弹装备保障中存在的一些薄弱环节,充分发挥评估的引导作用,分析了影响导弹装备保障能力的因素,构建了导弹装备保障能力评估指标体系,将云重心评判法应用到导弹装备保障能力评估中,介绍了云重心评判法的原理和步骤,并结合案例进行了验证,很好地解决了评估中模糊性与随机性并存的问题,对提高部队导弹装备保障能力有一定的促进作用。
The ability evaluation for the missile equipment support is the important measure to weigh the effect of the equipment support ability. To the weakness points existed in the equipment support, the evaluation plays the guiding role, the factors which have influence on missile equipment support ability are an- alysed, the index system of the ability evaluation for the missile equipment support is set up, and the cloud gravity center valuation is applied to it. The principle and approach of the cloud gravity center valuation are introduced, and validated them with the case. This method resolve the coexistence of ambiguity and randomness in the evaluation, and also has some instructional function to improve the missile equipment support ability.
