摘要 目前对机载雷达侦察装备侦察效能的研究一般采用定性评估方法,无法准确地反映其真实性能。针对侦察效能评估方法所存在的问题,将云理论引入侦察效能评估中,提出一种基于云重心的评估方法。首先介绍了云重心评价方法,然后建立评估的指标体系,然后通过实例评估得出评估结果,最后与层次分析法得到的评估结果进行比较。实例分析表明,该方法对机载雷达侦察设备侦察效能可给出高可信度的综合评价,为装备的改进与提升提供可靠依据。 The study of airborne radar reconnaissance equipment's reconnaissance capability commonly using qualitative evaluation methods can not accurately reflect its real capability. Aiming at the problems of reconnaissance capability evaluation methods, this paper in troduces cloud theory and proposes a method based on the cloud center of gravity. This paper first introduces the evaluation method of the cloud center of gravity, and then establishes the evaluation index system, then gets results of the evaluation, last compares with the evalua- tion's result of the analytic hierarchy process. Case analysis shows that this method can give a comprehensive evaluation of the high credibili- ty of reconnaissance capability of airborne radar reconnaissance equipment and provide a reliable basis for the improvement and upgrading of equipment.
