摘要
装备保障能力的评估能够为装备保障指挥决策提供有力支持,评估建模是进行评估的重要部分。影响保障能力的因素具有非线性、开放性和不确定性等特点,贝叶斯网络能够有效处理此类问题。该文将贝叶斯网络应用到装备保障能力评估建模,采用结构化方法,提出了基于贝叶斯网络的装备保障能力评估建模流程,分析了每个过程中需要解决的问题。通过应用案例,说明建模流程的可行性。为有效地进行装备保障能力建模提供了参考。
Capability assessment of equipment indemnification is very important in command decision of logistic.Many factors can affect capability of equipment indemnification.These factors have many characters,such as nonlinear,exoteric,uncertain,and so on.Bayesian-networks can manage effectively.This paper presents a new evaluation model for equipment indemnification based on Bayesian networks.The process of Bayesian networks modeling for capability assessment was built.The jobs which should be done in every phases were illustrated.At last,the instance explains the validity of the process.This model process provides reference for capability assessment modeling of equipment indemnification.
