摘要
目的:探讨建立一种根据药液目标含醇量直接、快速确定浸膏与乙醇用量的方法。方法:以菊花水提浸膏(60℃,相对密度1.21)为研究对象,浸膏加不同比例量的乙醇进行醇沉,比较几种方法确定醇沉液中乙醇的含量,以蒸馏法测得的乙醇含量同浸膏与乙醇用量比例之间的数学关系进行线性拟合,以线性良好的曲线作为标准曲线,直接计算达到目标醇沉浓度浸膏与乙醇用量的比例,将蒸馏法测得的实际结果同目标含量比较。结果:四种方法确定的乙醇浓度存在一定差异。乙醇含量在60.0%～81.0%之间其同浸膏与乙醇体积比、重量比的平方根、对数之间线性关系较好,相关系数分别为-0.995 8、-0.999 4。设定目标乙醇含量为75%,根据标准曲线进行醇沉,蒸馏法测定醇沉液中乙醇浓度为75.0%(RSD=1.33%),与目标值一致。结论:蒸馏-标准曲线法可以用来直接确定达到目标醇沉浓度膏与乙醇的用量。
Objective ： To establish a method to determine the amount of extract and alcohol directly according to the targeting al- cohol content in the liquid. Method： The water extract（60℃, ρ = 1.21 ） of Chrysanthemi Flos was used as the samples and precipita- ted by alcohol with different content. The alcohol content was determined by distillation through four method comparison. The relation- ship between alcohol content and the ratio of extract and alcohol was fitted by linear regression and the curve with the best linear rela- tionship was taken as the standard. Result： The alcohol content determined by the four methods was different. Within the alcohol con- tent range of 62.0% -82.0% （ml/ml） , there was a good linear relationship between the alcohol content and the square root or common logarithm of volumetric or weight ratio of extract and alcohol, and the correlation coefficient was - 0. 995 8 and - 0. 999 4, respective- ly. The alcohol content in precipitation was determined as 75% （ml/ml） , the extract was deposited with alcohol according to the cali- bration curve equation. The result showed the alcohol content in precipitation determined by distillation was 75.0% （n = 5, RSD = 1.33% ）, which was in accordance with the targeting value. Conclusion： Distillation-standard curve method was suitable for the a- mount calculation of extract and alcohol directly according to the targeting alcohol content in precipitation.
