亲水角膜接触镜预防准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术超薄瓣微皱褶的作用 被引量:2

摘要 的探讨应用亲水角膜接触镜预防准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)超薄角膜瓣微皱褶的作用。方法对超薄瓣LASIK术后32例(64眼)术后即刻佩戴和不佩戴亲水角膜接触镜,对比观察术后角膜瓣微皱褶发生率。结果戴亲水性角膜接触镜组LASIK术后角膜瓣微皱折的发生率低于未佩戴者。结论术毕即刻佩戴亲水角膜接触镜,作为眼睑和角膜瓣之间的物理屏障,使不恰当瞬目的力量不直接作用在角膜瓣上,减少和避免超薄角膜瓣的移位和皱褶。 Objective To study the effect of hydrophilic contact lens to prevent wrinkle of uhrathin corneal flap in LASIK. Methods 32 cases (64 eyes) were divided into two groups after LASIK. One group was weared hydrophilie contact lens immediately, and the other group was not. The incidence rate of wrinkle of uhrathin corneal flap were compared. Results The incidence rate of wrinkle of uhrathin corneal flap in wearing hydrophilic contact lens group was lower than that not weared. Conclusion Wearing hydrophilic contact lens immediately after LASIK as the physical barrier between eyelid and corneal flap could effectively reduce and avoid the wrinkle of uhrathin corneal flap, on account of inappropriate nictitation power to corneal flap directly.
