摘要
文章针对目前体育教师中教学技能越来越低的现象,分析其形成的原因及制约教师技能形成的因素。在论证体育教师教学技能训练的必要性的基础上,提出了有效提高教学技能的途径和方法。
As regards the poor teaching skill for PE, this paper analyzes the reasons. And on the basis of exploring the necessity of training teacherls teaching skill, this paper further propounds some effective ways or methods of training.
