双环醇片对肺癌患者药物性肝损伤的防治研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的评价双环醇片对肺癌患者药物性肝损伤的治疗及预防作用。方法 153例非小细胞肺癌化疗药物性肝损伤的患者随机分为两组:治疗组77例,口服双环醇片150mg/d(每次50mg,每天3次),对照组76例,口服甘草酸二铵胶囊450mg/d(每次150mg,每天3次)。经治疗肝功能恢复正常后再按照原方案和剂量化疗,同时两组各自继续口服保肝药物对肝损伤进行预防。再完成2个周期化疗。比较两组治疗及预防后对肝功能的影响。结果治疗后,两组肝功能均有改善,但治疗组更为明显(P<0.05,P<0.01),预防处理后,按原方案继续化疗两个周期后,预防性并用双环醇片组肝功能损害程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),双环醇组出现肝功能Ⅰ~Ⅳ度损害的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双环醇片150mg/d可有效治疗和预防肺癌化疗药物导致的肝损伤。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic and prophylatic effect of bicyclol on drug - induced liver injury for lung cancer patients. Methods Totally 153 non - small cell lung cancer patients with hepatic injury were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group with 77 cases who received bicyclol 150mg/d orally and the control group with 76 cases who received diammoninm glycyrrhizinate capsule 150mg/d. After the recovery of hepatic function, they started another two chemotherapy cycles in combination with liver - protec- tive agents respectively and wecompared the changes of hepatic function between two groups. Results After treatment, the hepatic func- tions of patients in two groups all improved, but the treatment group is more significant ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Prophylatic administrated with bicyclol showed a lower degree of hepatic injury to Diammonium Glyeyrrhizinate (P 〈 0.01 ) and the rates of hepatotoxicity with Ⅰ~Ⅳ degree of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bicyclol 150mg/d is effective in the treatment and prevention of lung cancer chemotherapy induced fiver injury.
