摘要
目的:探讨双环醇片治疗抗精神病药物所致肝损害的临床疗效及安全性,为临床防治提供依据。方法:选择2012年6月~2013年6月黄骅安定医院收治的120例使用抗精神病药物所致肝损害患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组60例给予双环醇片治疗(每次25mg,tid),对照组60例则给予甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗(每次150mg,tid),治疗4周后对比两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况、肝功能改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗4周后,观察组显效率和有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);两组临床症状复常率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与治疗前比较,两组肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、7一谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组ALT、AST和7一GT改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:双环醇片治疗抗精神病药物所致肝损害疗效确切、安全,能有效减少肝损害,保护肝脏。
Objective= To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of bicyclol in preventing liver injury induced by antipsychotic drugs. Methods. 120 cases of patients were chose as study objects, who were damaged by antipsychotic drug and were admitter from June 2012 to June 2012. All were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group including 60 cases took bicyclol tablets (25 mg rid) while the con- trol group was administrated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules (150 mg tid). After four weeks of treatment, clinical efficacy, improvement of symptoms and liver function and the incidence of adverse reac- tions was compared and observed. Results= After four weeks of treatment, curative rate and effective ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P0.05). The differences in the recovery rate of clinical symptoms between the two groups of patients were not signifi- cant (P0.05). The liver function indexes including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate amin- otransferase fAST), total bilirubin (TBIL), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (7-GT) were significantly ira-proved in the two groups as compared with those before treatment (all P〈0.05). Compared with the con- trol group after treatment, the improvement of the observation group in ALT, AST and γ-GT were more significant (all P 〈 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of bicyclol against liver injury induced by antipsychotic drugs is reliable and safe, and it can effectively reduce liver injury and protect liver.
