摘要
针对多孔疏松材料在SHS烧结后致密化成型过程进行有限元分析,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了在主要工艺参数不变时,压坯压下量分别为30%、40%、50%时疏松孔的变形情况。通过研究变形区应力应变分布,孔形状及尺寸变化,材料变形力的变化,得出了存在孔的材料在烧结致密化过程中变形力的变化规律。
Aiming at densification process of porous unconsolidated materials which sintered by SHS, the finite element analysis of the compacts were simulated. ANSYS was applied to simulate the deformation situation of the compacts under the press amount of 30%, 40%, 50% and the other conditions were constant. From the research of deformation and the dimensional change, the distribution of equivalent stress and strain in the deformation zone, the variation law of hole-exist material's deformation force was simulated during SHS-sintered densification.
