摘要
选用ZM5镁合金为主体原料、SiC为增粘剂、MgCO3为发泡剂,对用熔体直接发泡法制备泡沫镁材料进行了研究。结果表明,采用SiC为增粘剂、MgCO3为发泡剂可以制备出低密度、高孔隙率的泡沫镁材料;随着MgCO3或SiC含量的增加,泡沫镁的密度逐渐减小;但当MgCO3含量超过1.5%或SiC含量超过15%时,泡沫镁的密度有所增加;泡沫镁平均孔隙率的变化规律与密度的变化规律相反。
Foamed magnesium was prepared with ZM5 alloy as matrix alloy and SiC as viscosity-increasing agent as wellas MgCO3 as foaming agent by direct molten foaming process.It is found that foamed magnesium with low density and high porosity rate can be successfully prepared.With increasing in MgCO3 or SiC content,density of the foamed magnesium is decreased.However,it is slightly increased with MgCO3 content more than 1.5% or SiC content more than 15%.Variation of average porous rate in foamed magnesium is opposite to that of density's.
