摘要
多孔泡沫金属是一种具有独特结构和性能的新型功能材料,由于其巨大的应用前景,在工业领域,特别是汽车和航空航天领域受到了越来越广泛的重视。多孔泡沫金属的制备方法中,采用发泡剂制备的方法具有产量大、成本低、易工业生产等优点,因而已被广泛研究。综述了国内外发泡剂的种类和特点,以及在泡沫金属中应用的最新研究进展,讨论了泡沫金属发泡剂的发展方向。
Porous foam metal,as a new type functional material,has unique characteristics and structure.Due to its huge application prospect,metal foam has increasingly attracted much more attention in industry,especially in automobiles and aerospace field.There are many ways to produce porous foam metal.Compared with other fabrication methods,preparation using blowing agent has many advantages,such as high output,relatively low cost and easy production,thus it has been widely investigated.In this paper,the recent research developments of blowing agent applied for porous foamed metal are reviewed and the development direction is discussed.
