摘要
冷镦钢产品的冷镦性能是通过圆柱体试样在平板间镦粗来检验的。镦粗过程中试样内部的变形应力分布的规律,可以用来分析材料顶锻开裂产生的原因,从而采取针对性措施改善产品冷镦性能。用回归的方法得到变形体轮廓曲线的方程,并采用微积分的方法建立了柱体在平板间镦粗过程的变形体连续微分力学模型,描述了圆柱体在平板间镦粗过程中变形体内部及表面应力场的分布及应力状态,并描述了镦粗过程中变形体轮廓曲线与镦粗比的相对关系,利用圆柱体镦粗应力场的积分方法对不同镦粗比下的变形体的应力场进行计算,得到变形体应力场与镦粗比之间的变化关系。
The cold-heading capability of wires is tested and described by cylindrical specimen up- setting process between plain plates. In this paper, curves of upset specimens profile are regressed into formulations, with which the strain field of upset cylinder is simulated by calculus calculation of mechanical slab method, and conditions of strain distribution on specimen surface are described and analyzed with variation tendencies of strains according to the ratio of height to diameter.
