摘要
[目的]对芦荟中蒽醌类化合物的2种提取方法进行比较,研究最佳提取工艺和提取物的抑菌效果。[方法]采用微波提取与常规的有机溶剂提取2种方法对芦荟进行有效成分提取,通过正交试验得出微波提取的最佳条件,探讨芦荟的微波提取物与葡萄糖,NaCl混合的协同抑菌作用。[结果]在萃取剂为乙醇-水体系,乙醇体积分数为90%,萃取时间为8 min及微波功率为600 W的条件下,萃取效果最佳;芦荟提取物具有良好的抑菌效果。[结论]微波提取法具有提取速度快、提取物成分破坏少、提取率高及溶剂用量少等特点。芦荟提取物能有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的生长,与糖、盐协同作用时,抑菌效果更好。
[Objective] To compare the two extraction methods of anthraquinones from aloe,study the best extraction technology and the antibacterial activity of aloe extracts.[Method] The active components were extracted with microwave method and conventional organic solvent extraction.The best microwave extraction conditions were concluded by orthogonal experiment,and the synergistic antibacterial activity of aloe extracts,glucose and NaCl was studied.[Result] With the extraction solvents of ethanol and water,the extraction results were the best when ethanol concentration was 90%,extraction time was 8 min and microwave power was 600 W;the aloe extracts showed good antibacterial activity.[Conclusion] Microwave extraction method had the advantages of fast extraction speed,little destroy of extracts components,high extraction rate and small dose of solvents.The aloe extracts could effectively inhibit the growth of S.aureus and E.coli,their synergistic antibacterial effect with sugar and salt was better.
