美国高校网络教育发展支持服务各层次分析 被引量：6

摘要 21世纪美国网络高等教育发展居世界领先地位,网络教育质量亦得到美国官方与民间的一致认可,高校内部网络教育发展支持服务是教育规模和教育质量的重要保障。美国高校网络教育发展支持服务主要包括五个层次:院校管理、课程设计、教师支持、学生支持、资源与技术支持。高效的网络教学管理结构、专业化的网络课程设计团队、网络教师培训及激励措施、网络学生学术和管理服务以及随时随处的资源与技术服务为美国网络高等教育发展提供坚实的基础。
