摘要
对2019年6月至2020年12月收集的美、英等十国459所高校在线学位项目数据进行分析,十国高校在线学位项目以美国规模最大,以硕士层次为主,教学全程在线,具有灵活、便利、开放的特点。目前对在线学位项目的质量评价各执一端,反映了国外高校在线学位项目的独特优势以及无法避免的质量缺陷。国外从技术、教学和制度三个层面改进和保障在线学位项目质量,对我国加强认证国外在线学位项目以及进一步发展在线高等教育具有借鉴意义。
Analyzing the data of online degree programs at 459 universities in ten countries including the United States and the United Kingdom from June 2019 to December 2020,it showed that there’re the largest scale of programs in the United States;most of them were master’s degree;they’re taught online with flexibility,convenience and openness.The evaluations of online degree programs were divided,reflecting their unique strengths as well as the unavoidable shortcomings.The quality assurance experience of foreign online degree programs was reflected at such three levels as technological upgrading,pedagogical improvement and institutional guarantee.There’re important implications for strengthening the accreditation of foreign online degree programs and promoting the development of online higher education in China.
