摘要
采用航天诱变选育的优良菌株黑曲霉突变株ZM-8、酿酒酵母YB-6混菌与热带假丝酵母、白地霉菌共发酵,用马铃薯渣固体培养生产高蛋白饲料,并对发酵生产蛋白饲料的条件进行了优化。结果表明:航天复合菌剂的最优配比为酿酒酵母YB-61.5 g、热带假丝酵母2.0 g、白地霉菌2.5 g、黑曲霉突变株ZM-8 2.0 g。最优培养基配方为白糖4 g、硫铵7 g、尿素4 g、三十烷醇2.5 mg/L。在此优化条件下发酵马铃薯渣,产物中粗蛋白含量可达32.5%,是原料粗蛋白的5.84倍。
Using the fine strains Asp.nigerZM-8 and Sac.cerevisiae YB-6 which were selected by aerospace mutation,Candida tropicalis and Geotrichum candidum mixed co-fermented with solid potato waste to produce high protein feed,and the conditions of co-fermented to produce high protein feed were optimized.The results showed that the optimal ratio of space multi-strain fermentation was 1.5 g of Sac.cerevisiae YB-6,2.0 g of Candida tropicalis,2.5 g of Geotrichum candidum,2.0 g of Asp.nigerZM-8.The optimum media was 4 g of sugar,7 g of ammonium sulfate,4 g of urea,2.5 mg/L of triacontanol.With above optimized conditions,the crude protein content in the product was up to 32.5%,reached 5.84 times of that in raw materials.
