摘要
[目的]研究马铃薯渣发酵饲料对肉兔生产性能及肉品质的影响。[方法]用5种菌制备糖化发酵饲料,并以20%的比例替代肉兔日粮,对肉兔增重、饲料消耗、脂肪消化率、蛋白质利用率及脏体比等各项指标进行比较分析。[结果]结果表明,该饲料可以促进肉兔增重,降低饲料消耗,提高肉兔日粮中蛋白质的利用率和兔肉的脂肪含量。[结论]该研究结果为解决我国饲料资源短缺提供可靠依据。
[Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the effect of fermented feed from potato residue on meat rabbit performance and meat quality.[Method] 20% of the diastatic fermented feed made by five germs(C.utilis,C.tropicalis,Sacharomyses cereuisiae,Aspergillus niger and Geotrichum candidum)substituted for the daily grain of meat rabbits to analyze the increased weight,feed consumption,fat digestibility,utilization rate of protein and the rate of viscera to body weight of the meat rabbit.[Result]The results showed that feed of diastatic fermentation could promote the daily increased weight,reduce the consumption of feed,increase the utilization rate of protein and increase the fat content.[Conclusion]This study will provide the reliable basis for solving feed resources shortage in China.
