摘要
采用微波诱变黑曲霉Aspergillusniger3 4309,筛选出粗酶液的最适作用温度比出发菌株高20℃的1株突变株,该突变株含有4个糖化酶组分,其中有3个耐热组分,而出发菌株含有2个糖化酶组分,只含有1个耐热组分。
One mutant which produces thermostable glucoamylase was obtained through microwave mutation, the optimum temperature of the crude enzyme from the mutant was about 20℃ higher than that of primitive strain; four active components from mutant crude enzyme were detected, and three of them were thermostable. However, the primitive strain had two active components, and only one was thermostable.
