摘要
建立了密实移动床离子交换实验装置,并采用喷射器输送离子交换树脂颗粒.实验研究了喷射器的相对喉嘴距、喉管与喷嘴面积比及输送水流量对喷射器输送性能的影响,确定了较佳的喷射器结构和适宜的输送水流量.结果表明,输送树脂颗粒,喷射器较佳的相对喉嘴距和喉管与喷嘴面积比分别为7.5和2.94,适宜的输送水流量范围为25~55 L/h.相同条件下,安装喷射器后,输送管中固液比较未安装时可提高17%~25%.
Moving packed bed ion-exchange device which adopts the ejector to convey ion-exchange resin was designed.The effects of relative distance of nozzle out to mixing chamber inlet,area ratio of venturi to nozzle and conveying water flow on conveying properties of the ejector were studied.Better structure of the ejector and appropriate flow of conveying water were proposed.Experimental results show that preferable relative distance of nozzle out to mixing chamber inlet was 7.5 and area ratio of venturi to nozzle was 2.94,25 ~ 55 L/h is the favourable flow of conveying water.Under the same conditions,the solid to liquid ratio with ejector was increased by 17% ~ 25% than that without ejector.
