摘要
饱和氯化钠水溶液微量杂质钾的去除,对于生产药用盐、电子级烧碱等高纯氯化钠十分重要,文章在高浓度盐水条件下,对斜发沸石去除钾离子的性能进行了研究,考察了模拟移动床离子交换法提纯高浓度盐水的效果,并提出了一套高浓度盐水钾离子去除与回收相结合的工艺。实验结果表明,利用改性斜发沸石处理钾含量为0.60 g/L饱和盐水,可使钾离子浓度降低76.6%,并可使钾离子有较好的回收,达到了预期效果。
The removal of trace impurity potassium from aqueous solution of saturated sodium chloride is very important for the production of high-purity sodium chloride,such as medicinal salt and electronic grade caustic soda. Under the condition of high concentration brine,the performance of clinoptilolite to remove potassium ions was studied; the effect of high concentration brine purification by simulated moving bed ion exchange method was investigated; a set of technology that can combine the high concentration brine potassium ion removal with recycling was proposed. The results showed that using the modified clinoptilolite to treat saturated brine with the potassium content is 0. 60 g/L can reduce the concentration of potassium ions by 76. 6%,and the potassium ions can be recovered well,and the expected effect was achieved.
