Separation of Vanadium from Sodium Aluminate Solution in Bayer Process by Precipitation

摘要 采用沉淀法对从拜耳法铝酸钠溶液中分离钒进行了研究,通过单因素实验考察了沉淀阶段沉淀剂用量、沉淀反应时间、反应温度对V2O5回收率的影响.结果表明,选用蒸发母液为原料,CaO为沉淀剂对实验更为有利.钒在蒸发母液中以正钒酸盐形式存在.沉淀剂的用量是影响V2O5回收率的主要因素,沉淀反应温度次之,沉淀反应时间最次.最佳单因素条件(CaO过量系数为1000,反应时间1h,反应温度90℃)下,V2O5总回收率最高可达45.34%. The separation of vanadium form sodium aluminate solution in Bayer process by precipitation method was investigated,focusing on the effect of various factors which influence recovery rate of vanadium pentoxide in precipitation process through the single factor experiment,such as precipitating agent dosage,precipitation reaction time,precipitation reaction temperature.The experimental results showed that it was more effective to choose evaporated mutterlauge as raw material,calcium oxide as precipitating agent for the experiments.Vanadic acid was the main existence form of the vanadium in evaporated mutterlauge.Precipitating agent dosage was the most primary factor affecting recovery rate of vanadium pentoxide,reaction temperature was the next one,reaction time was obviously most inferior.Under the condition of optimized single factor technological parameters(excess coefficient of calcium oxide 1000,reaction time 1 h,reaction temperature 90℃),the total recovery rate of vanadium pentoxide was up to 45.34%.
