摘要
合成了一种双马来酰亚胺改性酚醛树脂,探讨了固化剂HTMA及PO对树脂及其模塑料性能的影响,研究了两种固化树脂的固化特性。结果表明,PO引发固化的模塑料相对于HTMA具有更好的性能,马丁耐热温度可达148℃,表面电阻率高达2.56×1015Ω,冲击强度和弯曲强度分别为51.66 kJ/m2和113.9 MPa。
The bismaleimide modified phenolic resin was synthesized. The effects of curing agents HTMA and PO on the properties of phenolic resin and molding compound were discussed and the curing behavior was studied. The results showed that the molding compound cured with PO presented better properties than that with HTMA, while the Martin's temperature of the composite reached 148℃, surface resistance achieved as high as 2.56 × 10^15Ω, and the impact strength and flexual strength attained to 51.66 kJ/m^2 and 113.9 MPa.
