住院患者对护理服务的满意度调查及相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨住院患者对护理服务的满意度及影响满意度的相关因素。方法:我院于2009年9月-2010年9月对在我院拟开展优质服务示范病房的科室的住院接受治疗与护理的患者进行护理服务满意度调查,并分析其相关影响因素。结果:本研究共发放248份问卷,共计收回问卷230份,回收率为92.74%,均为有效问卷,其中满意122例,较满意62例,不满意46例,满意率达80.00%。患者年龄、文化程度、职业及支付方式影响者患者对医院的护理服务满意度有明显影响(χ^2=12.96、21.19、5.22、7.99,P均〈0.05)。结论:护理人员实施护理服务过程中应根据不同的住院患者的个体差异,采取因人而异地采取护理措施,提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。 Objective:To investigate the inpatient care services satisfaction and satisfaction factors. Methods : From September 2009 to September 2010 patients for treatment and care in our hospital quality service demonstration department, was surveyed about nursing service satisfaction and analyze the related factors. Result:In this study, 248 questionnaires were distributed, and 230 questionnaires were totaling recover. The recovery was 92.74%, are valid questionnaires, satisfaction of which 122 cases, 62 cases more satisfied, not satisfied with 46 cases. The satisfaction rate was 80.00%. Age, educational level, vocational and payment of hospital had significant effect on hospital care service satisfaction (χ^2= 12.96,21.19, 5.22,7.99 ,P〈d0.05). Conclusion: Nursing staff implement the process of care services should be based on individual differences of the different hos pitalized patients to take varies from person to person to take care measures to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
