摘要
在pH 5.0和CTMAB存在下,荧光分光光度法测定血液中的兽药马波沙星,CTMAB可增强马波沙星荧光强度1.5倍。检测线性范围为5.5×10-8～3.0×10-6mol/L,检测限为4.6×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差为1.5%。该方法可用于血液中马波沙星测定。
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method has been successfully developed for the detection of marbofloxacin（MAR） at pH2.0 and in the presence of CTMAB which can enhance the luminescent intensity of the drug.The linearity was achieved from 5.5×10-8 to 3.0×106mol/L with a detection limit of 4.6×10-8 mol/L and RSD of 1.5%.This method was successfully employed with high precision and accuracy for the determination of MAR in animal serum samples.
