摘要
在氢氧化钠介质中,头孢哌酮钠能催化过硫酸钾氧化光泽精褪色,使体系荧光猝灭,据此建立了测定头孢哌酮钠含量的催化荧光分析方法.头孢哌酮钠的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在7.56~55.44 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.41%,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为6.95 mg/L.该法简便、快速,可靠,并应用于药物粉针制剂中头孢哌酮钠含量的测定,结果令人满意.
A new catalytic fluorimetric method for the determination of trace cefoperazone sodium has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of eefoperazone sodium on the oxidation of K2S2O8 with lueigenin in NaOH medium. The detection limit(S/N= 3) is 6. 95 mg /L and the linear range of determination is 7.56-55.44 mg /L . The proposed method is simple ,speediness and credibility . The method has been applied to the determination of eefoperazone sodium in injection.
