摘要
基于荧光素可以增强高锰酸钾氧化头孢拉定产生的化学发光,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种快速、简单、灵 敏的测定头孢拉定的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定头孢拉定的线性范围为1.0×10-8~2.0×10-5g/mL,检出 限(3σ)为3.0×10-9g/mL.对浓度为4.0×10-6g/mL的头孢拉定进行11次平行测定,得到相对标准偏差为 1.4%.将本法用于合成样品中头孢拉定的分析,结果令人满意.
A simple, fast chemiluminescence method using flow injection is described for the determination of cephradine. The method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of the studied drug with potassium permanganate in polyphosphoric acid media, sensitized by fluorescein. Under the optimal conditions, the chemiluminescence intensity was linear to the cephradine concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(-8)~2.0×10^(-5) g/mL with a detection limit of 3.0×10^(-9) g/mL. The relative standard deviation is 1.4% for 4.0×10^(-6) g/mL cephradine (n=11). The method was successfully applied to the determination of cephradine in spiked human urine and synthetic samples.
