摘要
综述了无氧有机先驱体法合成氮化硼的研究进展 ,系统介绍了由硼烷、硼吖嗪、卤化硼合成氮化硼的工艺条件 ,及由这些化合物制备聚合物先驱体的合成途径及其陶瓷转化 ,概述了先驱体法待研究的问题 .
The synthesis of BN ceramics via non oxygen precursors are reviewed. The routes to BN ceramics through borane, borazine and boron halide are introduced and the synthesis route to polymer form those regents and their ceramic transfers to BN are also illustrated. In addition, the prospect of research is described, too.
