摘要
以水为溶剂,以硼酸和正硅酸甲酯为主要原料,合成SiBO前驱体凝胶,通过1200~1600℃高温氮化、粉磨工艺制备出SiBON纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜、元素分析、粒径分析等现代测试手段研究了Si-B-O-N纳米粉体的化学键结构、形貌特征和元素分布。研究表明,SiBON纳米粉体含有部分晶态SiO2和BN,其余为非晶态,且粉体结构含有B-N、B-O、B-O-B、O-Si-O、B-N-Si等键,并含有少量的Si-O-Si键。
SiBON nano powder was prepared by nitrogenizing SiBO precursor gel under the condition of 1200-1600 ℃,with water as solvent,boric acid and tetramethylorthosilicate as raw materials.The micrographs and chemical bonds structure of SiBON nano powder have been studied by XRD,FTIR and SEM.The results showed that SiBON nano powder were amorphous except a small quantity of SiO2 and BN crystals exited in the SiBON nano powders,and B-N,B-O,B-O-B,O-Si-O,B-N-Si,Si-O-Si bonds exited in the SiBON nano powders structures.
