摘要
采用一种成本低廉、操作简便的新工艺成功制备出纳米SiBON陶瓷粉体。首先以硼酸、无水乙醇和四氯化硅为原料合成SiBO先驱体,获得具有Si-O-B结构的先驱体凝胶;然后在氨气流中对先驱体凝胶进行热分解氮化处理,即获得具有B-N结构的SiBON纳米粉体。粉体呈现非晶态,粒径大约为30 nm。
The SiBO precursor gel was produced from the reaction of boric acid, absolute alcohol and silicon tetrach wride, with the Si-O-B structure. After that the nano-sized SiBON powders of 30 nm in diameter and with B-N structure were obtained by the pyrolysis of SiBO gel at 1100 ℃ under flowing ammonia. The powder was amorphous. Such novel process is low-cost and easy to operate.
