摘要
针对某厂甲苯氧化装置现行的换热网络,利用夹点技术对其进行分析优化,求得夹点处物流平均温度为270℃,最小加热公用工程5 555 kW,而现行换热网络加热公用工程总计9 108.7 kW。由此可得该装置的节能潜力为3 553.7 kW,约占现行加热公用工程量的39%。针对换热网络不合理的匹配并充分考虑现行换热网络已有的结构,提出改造优化方案。改造方案可以节省加热公用工程2 890.4 kW,年节省费用334.3万元,投资回收期仅5个月,具有显著的节能和经济效果。
This research analyzed the existing heat exchanger network (HEN) of a toluene oxidation unit and HEN can be improved by using the pinch technology. The pinch calculation showed that the average pinch temperature was 270 ℃ and the minimum hot utility was 5 555 kW. The hot utility of the existing HEN was 9 108.7 kW. So the energy-saving potential of the unit was 3 553.7 kW,up to 39% of the existing hot utility. Based on the unreasonable matches of the HEN and the structure of the existing HEN,the retrofit scheme has been proposed. The hot utility of 2 890.4 kW and 3343 000 Yuan RMB can be saved by the scheme. The payback period of the investment is only 5 months. The retrofit scheme has good effects on cost-reducing and energy-saving.
