摘要
炼油二厂80万t/a连续重整装置能耗一直偏高,经过重点能耗设备的改造后,有效降低了装置的能耗。继续对系统的换热网络分析,发现存在可优化之处,如预分馏系统,预加氢产物、重整产物的换热过程,以及后续的重整产物的分离系统换热网络。并提出了较详细的优化点,为装置的进一步优化提供参考。
The energy consumption of the 0.8Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming(CCR) unit in the refinery has been somewhat high. After the transformation of key energy-consuming equipment, the CCR energy consumption is reduced efficiently. Further analysis on the CCR's heat exchanger network finds several places that can be optimized, such as pre-fractionation system, heat transfer process of pre-hydrogenation products and reforming products, and the heat exchanger network in subsequent reforming products separation. This paper takes a detailed description of optimization in the heat exchanger networks and provides a reference for the further optimization of the CCR unit.
