摘要
本文介绍了换热网络的一种新的自动设计方法和相应的软件,自动产生年费用最低的换热网络,确定相应最优公用工程费用、换热面积与冷、热流之间的匹配;这样可克服换热网络的各种分步骤综合方法的缺陷(包括夹点技术、双温差法及相关数学规划方法)。本方法与文献上的其它同步优化方法比较,具有模型简单、规模小、可算性强、初始化简易、计算结果可靠的优点。通过对文献中广泛使用的例题的检验,结果优于现有的其它方法。
A new simultaneous method for automatic synthesis of heat exchanger net- work is developed according to a new transshipment model based on thermoeconomic analy- sis. The method overcomes the deficiencies of such decomposition methods as pinch point de- sign, dual temperature difference method and related mathematical programming, and has u- nique advantages as compared with other simultaneous optimization models. Illustrations based on literature have proved that the proposed method compares favorably with the exist- ing methods.
