摘要
通过文献回顾与理论分析,提出网络互惠程度、外部社会资本和企业技术创新绩效之间的理论模型,并以我国华南地区高新技术企业为调研对象进行实证研究.研究发现,企业网络互惠程度对企业技术创新绩效存在显著的正向影响,网络互惠程度还可以通过外部社会资本对企业技术创新绩效产生显著的正向影响,外部社会资本在网络互惠程度和技术创新绩效之间起到部分中介作用.本文还通过控制变量的方法,以企业规模和研发投入差异作为控制变量对上述理论模型进行了进一步验证.
Based on literature review and theoretical analysis, it proposes a hypothesis model of relationships among network reciprocity, external social capital and enterprise technological innovation performance, and by taking the high- tech enterprises in South China as samples, it makes an empirical study on the theoretical model. The result shows that network reciprocity itself has significant positive impact on enterprise technological innovation performance, and it also has significant positive impact on enterprise technological innovation performance through external social capital, that is, External social capital plays an incomplete intermediate role between network reciprocity and technological innova- tion performance. By controlling firm size and R＆D investment as variables, it makes a further validation about the a- bove model.
