摘要
对凝固过程中流场、应力场、温度场及微观组织形态进行数值模拟,能帮助工艺设计人员分析不同时刻凝固过程的温度分布、金属流态、结晶晶粒大小、应力分布等重要物理参数,从而预测疏松、偏析、夹杂及热裂纹等缺陷。
Solidification process of the flow field,stress field,temperature field and microstructure morphology numerical simulation can help the process designer to analyze the temperature distribution of the different moments of the solidification process,the metal flow pattern,the crystalline grain size,stress distribution and other important physical parameters,thuspredict osteoporosis,segregation,inclusion and heat cracks and other defects.
