摘要
在分析传统型砂高温力学性能测试方法的基础上,提出了不平衡加热测试法.用此法测试的结果表明:在700℃以上的高温情况下,呋喃树脂砂的高温抗压强度高于水玻璃砂.
Based on analysing some drawbacks of traditional testing method for molding sand mechanical properties at elevated temperature, an unbalanced heating testing method is proposed which is suitable for organic and inorganic binder bonded sands. The reults obtained with such testing method have indicated that the compressive strength of furan resin bonded silica sand at elevated temperature above 700℃ is higher than that of sodium silicate bonded silica sand.
