福莫特罗/布地奈德干粉剂吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨福莫特罗/布地奈德干粉剂吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选择扶沟县人民医院2008-10-2010-10支气管哮喘患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予布地奈德和沙丁胺醇吸入,观察组给予福莫特罗布地奈德干粉吸入治疗,观察两组症状的改善情况。结果观察组治疗后呼气峰流速显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第一秒用力呼气容积显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福莫特罗/布地奈德干粉剂吸入治疗能够显著提高支气管哮喘患儿肺功能,效果显著,值得借鉴。
