摘要
目的探讨玉屏风散加减方治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法将60例支气管哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予布地奈德气雾剂吸入,治疗组服用玉屏风散加减方,治疗3月后观察2组的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为86.7%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散加减方治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yupingfeng San Jiajian Fang in treating children with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods 60 cases of children with bronchial asthma in remission were randomized into control group and therapy group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with inhalation aerosol of budesonide,while the therapy group was treated with Yupingfeng San Jiajian Fang.After treated for 3months,the total effective rate of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in therapy group and 86.7%in control group with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Yupingfeng San Jiajian Fang has a significant effect on the treatment of children with bronchial asthma in remission,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
