摘要 介绍了医院后勤保障社会化改革的具体做法:(1)扎实有效地开展思想政治工作,打牢后勤保障社会化改革的思想基础;(2)切实准确地搞好各方调查,提高改革决策的科学性和正确性;(3)仔细认真地订好承包合同,保证后勤社会化改革项目的成功;(4)及时有效地建立健全监控措施,确保社会化保障机制的健康运行;(5)积极妥善地安置富余职工,合理解决后勤社会化改革中的难题。 Pracitce and experience in socialization reform of rear services in hospitals are described, including: conduct thoroughgoing, painstaking, solid ideological and political work explaining the advantages, steps, methods of reform measures and turning edcision - making ideas into conscious and voluntary actions of relevant personnel; improve the democratic and scientific approach of dcision making through internal in - hospital and external market investigations; make various contracts in details for ensuring appropriate, timely, satisfactory rear services; establish and perfect monitoring and coordinating measures for cost - effective, efficient, dynamic disposition of human and material resources; appropriately arrange laid - off workers, help them with their welfare, organize job training, open up new avenues of employment and promote the reemployment project.
