摘要
轨道式封隔器和支柱式封隔器在异径套管、缩径套管、定向井和水平井中的坐封成功率低。改进了K344-95型膨胀封隔器的结构,室内试验符合要求。现场应用8口井,成功坐封,密封可靠,证明改进的封隔器适用于补贴套管、缩径套管和大斜度井的试压、找漏等修井工艺,且具有胶筒膨胀比大、通过性好、耐高温等特点。
The track type packer and pillar type packer has a low success rate of seat sealing in the non-regular, shrinking diameter casing or in directional wells and horizontal wells. Improved Type K344-95 expansion packer structure and indoor test requirements, On field applications in 8 wells, All got successful seating and reliable sealing, demonstrates the improved packer suitable for using in the non-regular, shrinking diameter casing and high-angle deviated well pressure test, leakage positioning and so on workover techniques. It has the characteristics of high rubber cylinder expansion ratio, easy going through in casing, high temperature bearing and other.
