川西气田水平井K344封隔器分段压裂技术应用 被引量:4

摘要 川西气田前期水平井分段压裂采用Y341封隔器+喷砂滑套压裂完井管柱,压裂完成后不能自动解封。文章根据K344封隔器原理分析,推荐在水平井利用K344封隔器实施分段压裂的先导试验。通过试验表明,K344封隔器坐封方便、分段隔离针对性好、压裂后自动解封,压裂后能实现油套完全连通,水平井K344封隔器分段压裂工艺能兼顾川西水平气井分段压裂要求和采气生产需要。 The fracturing of the horizontal wells adopts the compietion string that consists of Y341 packer and sliding sleeve for blast sand mainly in the early stage of the West Sichuan gas field.The completion string of Y341 packer fracturing can not unlock automatically after fracturing.In order to reduce the effect of Y341 packer,K344 packer staged fracturing technology is experimented in horizontal well.Experiments show that K344 packer is used easily;isolation effect is good;K344 packer can unlock automatically after fracturing;the price of K344 packer is cheap;tubing and casing annular can connect completely after fracturing.K344 packer staged fracturing technology of horizontal well can meet requirements of the staged fracturing and production gas in Western Sichuan gas field.
