摘要
分析了当前高校塑料注射模具实验教学的特点,指出开发三维的已应用于工业生产的塑料注射模具机构运动仿真模型库的必要性。基于UG NX开发工具,详细介绍了塑料注射模具的机构运动仿真模型库的开发流程。建立的典型塑料注射模具机构运动仿真模型库,可以更好地应用于模具实验教学,激发学生学习的积极性,拓宽学生的知识面。
The characteristics of plastics injection mouht experimental teaching in high school are analyzed. The necessity of developing the 3D model lihrary of motion simulation of plastic injection mould mechanisms which have been applied to industrial production is pointed out. The process of developing the 3D model library of motion simulation is introduced in detail based on UG NX software. The 3D model library will be better used in mould experimental teaching, stimulate the enthusiasm of students and widen the range of students' knowledge.
