摘要
阐述了机构运动仿真的意义,介绍了在UG中进行运动仿真的过程,指出了在UG中创建机构运动分析方案的步骤,并按照该步骤详细地阐述了实现精密剪切模具运动仿真的过程.给出了动、静模运动过程中的速度曲线,为利用UG进行精密剪切模具的CAD/CAE进行了探索.
The significance of mechanism simulation was expounded and the process of motion simulation with UG was introduced. At the same time, the procedure of mechanism motion analysis scheme, which was created in UG, was pointed out, and then, according to it, the whole process of realizing motion simulation of accurate shearing mould was expounded in detail. The curves of velocity of stationary and movable moulds in the motion process was given, so that the CAD/CAE for accurate shearing mould with UG was pribed beneficially.
