摘要 由于塑料产品的形状多种多样.所以很多注塑模具的结构也会很复杂,给设计带来较大的困难。一旦设计中出现错误就会出现不合格产品,甚至会损坏模具造成更大的损失。UG软件中的仿真模块可以进行三维的虚拟仿真,设计者很容易发现设计中存在的问题,进而对问题进行及时的改正。本文主要阐述了如何应用UG仿真模块仿真注塑模具的运动。和一般应用函数来对复杂运动进行仿真方法不同,本文通过球铰和表格的方式来对模具的工作过程进行运动仿真,这样更加简单和善于控制。特别是当模具中带有侧抽机构的时候.一般的仿真疗法是很难实现的,本文综合运用点在线上副等功能实现了侧抽机构的仿真。 The shape of plastic products is various, many injection mold structure will be very complicated, so it is very difficult to the design. If the designer maske a mistake, the products will be substandard, even damage the mold. Simulation modules of UG software can achieve three-dimensional virtual simulation, designers can easily identify problems, then the problem will be timely corrected. This article focuses primarily on how to apply simulation modules of UG to simulate the movement of mold. Most people use function to simulate the complex motion, but in this paper, I use the ball joints and in tabular form to simulate movement process. This method is more simpler and easier to control. Especially when the mold with a side-pumped bodies, the general simulation method is difficult to achieve.I integrately use functions such as point-line to achieve.
