摘要
目的:初步探究化合物XY02的抗人非小细胞肺癌NCI-H460药效。方法:体内裸鼠移植瘤实验探究XY02对裸小鼠患人肺癌NCI-H460的生长抑制作用。结果:XY02在整体动物体内实验发现,以80和120 mg.kg-1,iv,qod×10次的方案治疗,对NCI-H460肺癌的生长抑制有极显著作用(P<0.01,与生理盐水组)。结论:化合物XY02对人非小细胞肺癌NCI-460的体内增长有显著抑制作用。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of compound XY02 in anti-human non-small cell lung cancer NCI-H460.Methods： In vivo nude mice tumor transplantation experiments were used to explore XY02 for its growth inhibition in nude mice suffering from lung cancer NCI-H460.Results： In the whole animal in vivo experiments with XY02 found at 80 and 120 mg·kg-1,iv,qod× 10 times for program treatment,there was a very significant role（P0.01 vs saline） of inhibition of tumor growth of NCI-H460 lung cancer.Conclusion： XY02 can significantly inhibit the in vivo growth of human non-small cell lung cancer NCI-H460.
