The Effect of Technological Progress and Structural Adjustment on Energy Intensity——An Empirical Study of Guizhou Province

摘要 在厘清指数下降分解方法的基础上,选择技术进步、产业结构调整、行业内部结构变化、能源替代等因素作为地区能源强度变化的影响因子,推导出适宜的分解式,解构各因素对能源强度下降的贡献。实证结果表明,技术进步对能源强度下降的作用较大,产业结构调整的作用次之,同时发现能源强度下降有回弹效应。该结论对于确定地区节能减排关键要素具有重要启示。 On the basis of clarifying index decomposition, this paper chooses technological progress, industrial adjustment, intra-industry structural change and energy substitution as impact factors for changes in regiona| energy intensity to derive a suitable decomposition formula and decompose their contribution to fall in energy intensity. It is found that technological progress is the most important factor and structural change comes second and that energy intensity shows a rebound effect. This conclusion provides important inspiration for determining key factors in regional energy conservation and emissions reduction.
